Hi, I’m Ryan Gear, the founder of Scattered Minds Club.

I’ve lived with severe ADHD my entire life — and with it came a long, frustrating battle with learning. Growing up, the world never seemed built for a brain like mine. I felt scattered, left behind, and misunderstood.

That’s why I created Scattered Minds Club — a brand that reimagines learning through creativity, movement, and joy, especially for kids who think differently.

✍️ Why Journey Through Letter Land Was Born

When I began thinking about early learning, I realized something: most writing and literacy tools aren’t built with neurodiverse kids in mind. They’re rigid. Boring. Designed for "sit still and focus" — not for curiosity and play.

So I designed a personalized learning experience that would’ve helped me as a child:

  • A book that makes writing feel like an adventure

  • A plush character (Ziggy the Duck) to bring emotional comfort

  • Screen-free, sensory-friendly tools to build skills gently and gradually

This isn’t just a product — it’s a mission. A movement for scattered minds to finally feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
